A shield anchor is a type of fastener used for anchoring into concrete, brick, or other solid masonry
materials. It consists of a cylindrical metal sleeve with internal threads and four long cut segments and
a bolt (usually threaded) that passes through the center of the sleeve. When the bolt is tightened, it
expands the sleeve against the walls of the pre-drilled hole, creating a secure and reliable anchor
point. Sleeve anchors are commonly used in construction and renovation projects for attaching
fixtures, equipment, and structural elements to masonry surfaces.
Recommended for substrates : Non-cracked reinforced and non-reinforced C20/25% C50/60 strength class.
