It is designed for gap filling, sealing, bonding, and insulating applications where enhanced fire performance is required. It provides excellent adhesion to most common construction substrates and can be applied in both vertical and horizontal positions. Does not contain harmful gases such as CFCs or HCFCs and is environmentally friendly.

- Filling and sealing gaps, joints, and cavities
- Fire-rated sealing of electrical insulations, fire-proof doors, windows and safes
- Thermal and acoustic insulation
- General construction and maintenance works requiring a B1 fire classification
- Ready-to-use, single-component formulation
- Self-expanding and moisture-curing
- High yield approx. 40 litres
- Classified as Building Material Class B1 in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 1, Fire resistance up to 4 hours according to EN 13501 and BS476 Part 20.
- Provides excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, wood, metals, PVC, plaster, and similar surfaces; not compatible with PE, PP, or PTFE
- Provides thermal and acoustic insulation
- Environmentally friendly: free from CFCs and HCFCs
- Durable, long-lasting, and resistant to shrinkage
